Cold outside right now, eh? Yeah, sure is. Cold inside too, eh? Yeah, sure is.
Good ol' CDC having boiler issues, leaving it a balmy 63 degrees Fahrenheit in my apartment right now. Just like last year when we had a cold spell with lots of wind, the double-boiler system isn't ...

I thought earlier today that I may have coined a new phrase when I stated my state of mind at the moment, "overwhelmingly overwhelmed."
I didn't. It's been used before. Bummer.
Seriously, that's the way I feel. Not stressed out, but like there's too much that I have to do, and I'm ...

Zetterberg has taken himself out of the All-Star game this year. It's probably the best for the team, I'm sure, but it's disappointing to me.
Last year, he didn't play because he needed time to work on healing up his wrist. Before that, Yzerman missed his last few All-Star selections because ...

Normally I'd never post about something like this, but it kind of freaks me out. I really liked A Knight's Tale and The Patriot, and was obviously looking forward to seeing The Dark Knight this summer, so Heath Ledger committing suicide seems extra-creepy to me.
Actor Heath Ledger dies at 28 ...

I wish I knew Swedish so I could truly enjoy this video, but it's interesting anyhow. Hank and his model girlfriend get a kitchen makeover from a Swedish home improvement show. I guess it's like HGTV for the Swedes.
I fast forwarded through most of it since I couldn't understand what ...

I honestly can't come up with anything funny or interesting to say about this... I think the fact alone that there's a concept for an R/T minivan says everything.

I can totally relate to the notes this boss left behind for his employees. I feel like I could leave some of them around our office myself. Soon though I shall be able to keep all the mess hidden behind walls...
then we came to the end

Wow... Keith Primeau. What a pick-up.
No, seriously - we traded him and Paul Coffey for Brendan Shanahan. Looks like it worked out for the Wings.

What was up with that game? You give Osgood a 3 year contract extension, invite him to the All-star Game, and that's what you get in return? Well, everybody has their off nights, but I just found it funny that his first game after all the news and he loses, ...

Top ten bloopers? Not really. I've seen better. And less blurry. Regardless, they were interesting.
Funny, though... didn't see anybody falling down five feet from the goal after stealing the puck from the d-man and having a breakaway across half the rink. Guess they don't videotape at Skateland.

Hopefully, you're all reading this and didn't have too much interruption. If you did have problems, well - you don't pay anything to read this and there's only like 10 of you anyhow.
See, I forgot to register my domain for another year. It lapsed like two days ago. If Chuck ...

What the hell? It's friggin' January.
Seriously, this better not turn into one of those that makes 6 library branches go down. That will put a damper on my day.

The photos from Shawn's Birthday Bowling Bash 2008 are up on my Flickr page. They aren't all public, so you have to be my Flickr friend if you want to see them all.
Unfortunately, I didn't take my regular camera, so they're all blurry because I was using my camera phone. ...
